We would recommend this resort, and would stay here again.
Beautiful view and excellent service. The location, access to private trails, incredible views, wonderful service, and excellent breakfast are what made this experience amazing.
The family room we booked had 2 bathrooms, one of which unfortunately had a sewage smell. However, we were OK using the main bathroom, and we did not spend enough time in the room for it to be a formal complaint, as we felt the hassle of moving rooms would not be worth it for our 3-night stay.

This hotel is one of the best hotels: the location, the room, the breakfast, and services!
We stayed there only for one night, we wish we could spend more time there. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast service staff were excellent!
The hotel front desk could not make any foreign currency exchange: we went the hotel directly from the Lisbon airport, so we had no euros when we arrived the hotel. We thought we can use our US dollars to exchange for euros at the hotel front desk, but the hotel did not have this service. We eventually used our credit card to pay eveything including tips.

Very good apart from the promise of the upgrade
The location
We were promised a sea view, I telephoned pre stay to request as our firm was suffering from heart problems. Apparently there was no record , this was very frustrating as I had informed our friend about the upgrade. His mobility is very limited so he spent most of the time in his room with a veiw of the car park
